Milky Way over Worms Head:18H - Heaven: British Isles
At the west end of the Gower Peninsular and the southern end of the magnificent beach at Rhossili lies the rocky headland which is said to have the silhouette of a giant sea serpent known as the Worms Head. The lack of light pollution means that it is a good location for viewing the night sky. In October 2013 I was favoured with clear skies and stayed until after dark to capture my first image of the Milky Way in the UK.
