Goldings Kissing Gate:90E

I have long planned to make an image of this kissing gate which is the entry to one of the fields in front of the Goldings Estate. Before sunrise on a cold frosty morning in January I set up my camera and waited for the light. Whilst waiting patiently I had a visitor, a fox boldly walked up towards the gate from the opposite direction and sat down about 30 feet beyond and in plain view. He obviously had not seen me. As soon as he clocked me he was off. He would have been off sooner had I attempted to change lens and take his picture. Sometimes it is good just to watch! Jan 17
