Antelope Canyon:112E

On Navajo land in the Arizona desert Antelope Canyon is a slot canyon formed by the erosion of sandstone during flash flooding. The image belies the experience due to the number of tours passing through. Despite that it was well worth putting up with the heat (44C) and the dust to see this marvel of nature first hand. August 17
