Roker Pier in Sunderland was once a alive with industrial activity. It has now been renovated and it serves as an extension to the promenade and a vantage point to try your hand at sea fishing. On this particular morning it was pretty much deserted, and I was able to catch the rising sun before it ducked behind the clouds. Aug 18
